Portfolio Allocation and Case Ownership

In a spreadsheet, allocation means copying rows into a file per agent and keeping every copy in step. In PursuerAI, a lender's portfolio is imported once and every account has one named owner.

Import by lender and cycle

Each lender's allocation file is imported for its cycle, and every account gets a book status: Retain, Freshflow or Fresh. An account that is still live with an executive keeps its executive, team leader and floor manager when the next cycle's file arrives.

Assign and reassign in bulk

An assignment file maps account numbers to employee IDs. Only the executive comes from the file: team leader, floor manager and branch follow from that executive's reporting line. The upload shows a preview, with any row errors, before you confirm it. Selected accounts can also be moved to another executive in one step.

One owner, everywhere

Ownership lives on the account, so the work queue, the case history and the reports by team and executive all show the same owner. There is no second copy to fall out of date. Once accounts are owned, their promises come back on a Due today list; see PTP tracking.
