FAQ

Questions agencies usually ask before rollout

Can PursuerAI replace our Excel-based daily follow-up process?

Yes. PursuerAI replaces fragmented Excel-driven operations by running allocation, caller updates, contact movement, stock movement, settlement tracking, and management reporting from one connected system instead of separate sheets.

Can we manage caller updates, field updates, contact sheet, and stock sheet in one workflow?

Yes. Phone updates, field updates, case history, stock movement, settlement tracking, and follow-up planning all run from one connected workflow, not separate sheets maintained by different teams.

Can we upload bank allocations in Excel format and assign them branch-wise or executive-wise?

Yes. Allocation upload and structured assignment are core parts of the platform — import an Excel file, then assign to branches and executives with full operational visibility on top of the uploaded book.

Does the platform support role-based access for admin, floor manager, team leader, caller, and field executive?

Yes. Access is controlled by operational role, so who can upload, assign, review, work, or report on cases is scoped to what each role actually needs across the agency workflow.

What happens if I exceed my plan's user or case limit?

You're never hard-blocked. Once usage hits your plan's limit, your Agency Super Admin can send a self-serve upgrade request from Plan & Usage in Settings, and our team reviews it. For Allocation Upload specifically, uploads that would push you over your active-case limit still go through up to that limit — any rows beyond it are skipped, with a clear message in the upload summary telling you how many were skipped and that an upgrade adds more room.

Do you offer a mobile app for field executives?

Field executive activity — visits, outcomes, follow-ups — is already fully tracked today through Field Reports and disposition logging. A dedicated mobile app for field executives is in active development.

Is our data isolated from other agencies?

Yes. Every agency's data is structurally separate, enforced at the architecture level rather than by application-level filters alone — on every plan.
