Collection Target Tracking

Target Gap on the dashboard
The Target Gap is the amount still to collect against target. The dashboard shows it alongside total collection, the target and the Projection, which counts open PTPs and pending settlements. Together they show what is already collected, what is promised and what is still missing.
MIS results by team and executive
The MIS report breaks the same numbers down by team and by executive: allocation count and value, paid amount, PDC, part payment, settlement, total collection, Projection, target and Target Gap. A team leader can see which team or executive is furthest from target without consolidating spreadsheets.
